Choose the share each variant should receive

Every destination variant gets a routing weight. The API validates that active variant weights add up to 100, so the link has a clear routing plan.

Use 50/50 for a balanced comparison.
Use 90/10 when a new path needs a smaller rollout.
Set a promoted path to 100 when you decide to make it the default.

The redirect Worker resolves the short-link slug, selects a destination variant from the configured weights, logs click data, and sends the visitor to the chosen URL.
